Step 1:

Download the order form here.

Step 2:

Fill up the order form & mail it veralencia@gmail.com

You will then receive an email that I've received your order with a confirmation of the amount to be paid. Waiting period of my reply email will be 1 to 2 days.

Please kindly transfer the following amount to the following given account given to you. Please take note that no payment = no order.

Grace period of waiting days for payments to be made are 2 days. Once the grace period is over, your order will be void.


Note:
Prices stated in our catalog are before shipping fee of $3 per item.

Step 3:

Once you have transfer the amount, please email me with your account type/number & the ref. number.

You will receive an confirmation email within 1 to 2 days from me that I've received your payments :)

Step 4:

Once capped at 15 pieces, orders will be send.

When items have arrive, a notification email will be sent to you to collect.

For customers who have opt for normal mail and register mail, please kindly make payment for the postage fee which is stated in the notification email. The faster you made the payment, the earlier you will receive your package! :D

Normal Postage (stated @ SingPost website):

Package that weight less than 500g: $1
Package that weight 1kg to 2kg: $2.55 to $3.35

*As reference, usually a postage for a item will be about $1.*


Register Postage will need to add another $2.50. I would advise for register postage as there's been a lot of cases on lost mail. A register article no. will be given to you to check your package. You are able to check it at http://www.singpost.com/ra/ra_transfer.asp

Customers self-collection to save on postage.
Self collection can be make either Seng Kang - Compass Point or Changi Airport t2/t3.
